1. Once you have all the Relics and completed the Bestiary you may now head to the Desolate Pocket Merchant near the entrance of the Bestiary. Follow the steps below:
2. Move to the opposite side of the Merchant and dive into the sea.
3. You might notice a purple colored choral flower in the sea bed. Go through and you will discover a small opening.
4. Swim inside the opening and go through the passage. You will discover the Altar at the end of this tunnel.
5. Place the enchant relics on the 5 pedestals in front of you and it will give out a green glow. As soon as the pedestals start glowing, the door having the image of an eye will lift up revealing a smoky passage.
